#SelfCareCAL – What you’ve been up to on Instagram.

You’ve all been busy this week! And some of you have put some real effort into the Self Care CAL. I’ve shared a few of my favourites from Instagram below.

Multimel13 has made a big effort to grt involved with the CAL. This week, she shared the above photo which I think is so true! We all need reminding of this! She’s also been cuddling the dog, watching her favourite film (Blade Runner) and she went to a cafe on her own and had coffee with friends.

Also, nessmakes has been on holiday this week and has been doing a bit of embroidery by the pool. If you’re going to do a bit of Self Care, by the pool is much more fun!

And finally possumpot5, has been making herself a pair os socks using Stylecraft’s Head Over Heels in 3102 Olympus. She is halfway there and the sock looks amazing!
